What is MSM

MSM is a natural decomposition  product of DMSO  in humans and animals.  MSM is generally available in capsule form which makes it easy to administer. MSM can only be taken internally,  unlike DMSO and products containing DMSO that can be applied externally also.   After taking DMSO, MSM can be detected in the urine for much longer than the unchanged DMSO, which is fully excreted within about two days.

The vast majority of DMSO administered is gradually converted in the body to organic sulphur MSM .

Small quantities of DMSO and MSM are naturally present in many of the foods we eat.  These foods include milk, tomatoes, tea, coffee, beer and many others.
